Very recently my gynecologist shared a google form with me requesting my review for her service. I have been seeing her for two years now, and I have already shared my review with the hospital where she consults. Upon asking, she revealed that she is starting her own clinic and thought of collating some good, positive feedback from her old patients. Fair enough!
